INFORMATION
Bookings are provisional and held for 7 days pending a deposit being received. If a deposit is not received within this time the room will be re-let. Once a deposit is received the booking will be confirmed by letter or e-mail.
Please confirm your approximate arrival time when booking and also if you have any special requirements.
Room Availability. Rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. Rooms will remain reserved until 6 pm on the day of arrival unless previously arranged. We reserve the right to re-let the rooms if they are not taken up by this time. Rooms are to be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Guests may extend their departure time up to 12 noon for a supplement subject to availability of the room on the departure date.
Payment. Settlement of the final account can be made by cash or a cheque supported by guarantee card. We regret we do not accept credit or debit cards. Foreign currency is not accepted or exchanged. Payment in full is required on any unconfirmed reservations.
Cancellation. If cancellation of a booking becomes necessary please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to re-let the accommodation but if this is not possible a charge of two-thirds of the total cost will be made. We recommend you consider holiday insurance. Any deposit paid will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Pets. Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets except for assistance dogs
